Anyone else been missing gym lately?

Tbh I really do. But also now I’m kinda enjoying my home workouts. I added a lot of variations in my workout routine like power yoga, a long morn walks or jogging and my current fave total hiit body workout. I really miss the kickass strength training cuz of equipments of course but imma tryin’ my best to catch up on that ill let you guys know soon as I came up with this trick😅

Also I’m tryin’ not to put pressure on myself and just listen to what my body needs that day. its a bit challenging but even If we move ourselves for 30 minutes, You feel your best! It’s all about consistency and little efforts we make for our body, health & mind. And a good part is that we can pick a length of workout that works well for us each day. Like if you’re not just feeling it, you can do a quick 20 minutes workout. Its better than skipping completely, and you don’t  have any baggage of not doing any workout and on the other hand if you’re feeling more motivated you can go for a more longer and intense sessions. also you won't be cautious of someone watching you(well in one should never bother about these things) and you are more comfortable and relaxed are your home.
