2020!! What a crazy it has been. Its unbelievable that we’ve made through it. And Its finally coming to an end. And as 2021 is just around the corner, time to set new resolutions like weight management, more focus on studies, save money etc…it can be daunting sometimes pushing yourself soo hard, it’s good to set a goal and achieve give your best but also that’s completely okay if it’s not because there aren’t enough hours in the day to accomplish everything. Under all this burden we forget about us, we put ourselves through a lot of things to perfect or get 1st in whatever race going on in our minds. and we forget about the actual motive which is to be happy and healthy.
