  2020!! What a crazy it has been. Its unbelievable that we’ve     made through it.  And Its finally coming to an end. And as 2021 is just around the corner, time to set new resolutions like weight management, more focus on studies, save money etc…it can be daunting sometimes pushing yourself soo hard, it’s good to set a goal and achieve give your best but also that’s completely okay if it’s not because there aren’t enough hours in the day to accomplish everything.  Under all this burden we forget about us, we put ourselves through a lot of things to perfect or get 1st in whatever race going on in our minds. and we forget about the actual motive which is to be happy and healthy.  Therefore, #selflove is indeed important and should be the foremost resolution of everyone to take care of ourselves mentally, physically & emotionally. - 1- “ say no more”- well I should be the first person to learn this, but this year I’ll definitely work on this one. 2-“don’...

Chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie bowl ✨ The bowl is as tempting as its name sounds. And it’s a perfect treat to satisfy sweet tooth.  Recipe: 2 frozen bananas 1 tbsp rolled oats  Cacao powder(unsweetened) Peanut butter  Coconut flakes Chocolate protein powder(optional) Seeds and nuts of your choice Blend all these ingredients until you get a thick and creamy paste. The thicker the better it’ll taste. Add your fave toppings to it and there you go.  Enjoy your delicious smoothie bowl🤤

 I’ll never get over my smoothie bowls. I can have them all day long. They’re super healthy, keeps you full and soo delicious and it’s soo easy too make them, also it’s good for the body and gives you that glowing and healthy skin there benefits are uncountable. I’ll tried this beetroot & berries smoothie and it turned out really good. Recipe: Frozen strawberries & banana 1/2 beetroot  1/2 cucumber  1 cup Greek yoghurt  Seeds and nuts of your choice (I used chia & flaxseeds and walnuts) Now put all the above ingredients in a container and blend them all until it gets creamy and smooth. Here!!! You smoothie is all ready to eat. Add you fave toppings and enjoy

Anyone else been missing gym lately? Tbh I really do. But also now I’m kinda enjoying my home workouts. I added a lot of variations in my workout routine like power yoga, a long morn walks or jogging and my current fave total hiit body workout. I really miss the kickass strength training cuz of equipments of course but imma tryin’ my best to catch up on that ill let you guys know soon as I came up with this trick😅 Also I’m tryin’ not to put pressure on myself and just listen to what my body needs that day. its a bit challenging but even If we move ourselves for 30 minutes, You feel your best! It’s all about consistency and little efforts we make for our body, health & mind. And a good part is that we can pick a length of workout that works well for us each day. Like if you’re not just feeling it, you can do a quick 20 minutes workout. Its better than skipping completely, and you don’t  have any baggage of not doing any workout and on the other hand if you’re feeling more motiv...
