I’ll never get over my smoothie bowls. I can have them all day long. They’re super healthy, keeps you full and soo delicious and it’s soo easy too make them, also it’s good for the body and gives you that glowing and healthy skin there benefits are uncountable.
I’ll tried this beetroot & berries smoothie and it turned out really good.
Recipe:
Frozen strawberries & banana
1/2 beetroot
1/2 cucumber
1 cup Greek yoghurt
Seeds and nuts of your choice (I used chia & flaxseeds and walnuts)
Now put all the above ingredients in a container and blend them all until it gets creamy and smooth.
Here!!! You smoothie is all ready to eat. Add you fave toppings and enjoy
